John Liu has served as Chairman since June 2020 and CEO from 2024. Mr. Liu founded Ingenic Semiconductor in 2005 and he has served as Chairman and CEO of Ingenic Semiconductor since then. Ingenic Semiconductor is a fabless company that provides silicon/system solution for AIoT devices based on its CPU, multimedia and AI technology. From 2000-2004, Mr. Liu served as VP Engineering at Arca Technology, a fabless company that developed CPU technology. From 1998-1999, Mr. Liu served as a department director in Beijing Bitonic Technology, a design service company. Mr. Liu obtained his Ph.D. degree in computer architecture from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1998 and B.S. degree from Tsinghua University in 1993.

Executive Vice Chairman since 2025. Chief Executive Officer since December 2015, previously Executive Vice Chairman since May 2005 and a director since August 2005 at ISSI. He served as Chief Executive Officer of ICSI from January 1999 to May 2005. Mr. Han was a co-founder of ISSI and served as the Company's Executive Vice President from April 1995 to December 1998, as Vice President from December 1988 to March 1995, and as General Manager, ISSI-Taiwan from September 1990 to December 1998. Mr. Han holds an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University.

VP&GM of Lumissil since 2015. Over 30 years’ experience in Silicon Valley/Taiwan/China IC start-ups with extensive international exposure. Experience in corporate management, business development, technical marketing, and memory/ASIC (SoC and mixed signal products) product definition, production and operation control (in both the US and Asia). EE PhD (University of Maryland, USA. semiconductor devices) with 19 publications and 3 patents.

Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing since July 2025, previously the VP of Worldwide Sales at Lumissil since January of 2020. Proven global executive with over 40 years of experience spanning engineering, software development, and senior leadership in the semiconductor industry. Prior to Lumissil, Lyn spent nearly three decades at Integrated Silicon Solution Inc., with multiple senior leadership roles including Vice President of the Automotive Business Unit , Director US Sales, Worldwide Strategic Accounts Manager, and Area Sales Manager.  Earlier in his career, Lyn held design engineering and systems engineering roles at Texas Instruments and developed software to optimize power plant efficiency at Northern States Power Company. Mr. Zastrow holds a BSEE degree from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA.
