The Worldwide MCU Product Line Director is responsible for developing and executing the global product and marketing strategy for our microcontroller and peripheral unit portfolio. This role will focus specifically on the automotive and white goods sectors, tailoring strategies to these market segments while ensuring a consistent global approach.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
· Develop and execute global marketing strategies for the MCU product line, with a focus on automotive and white goods sectors.
· Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure localized execution of global campaigns.
· Work with the Applications team to ensure the tool sets meet the customer needs and reference software meets the customer needs
· Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, product ideas and competitive positioning.
· Align closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure the marketing strategy supports overall business objectives.
· Act as the voice of the customer to ensure product positioning and messaging meet market needs.

· Proven experience in semiconductor marketing, specifically in microcontrollers or related products.
· Deep understanding of automotive and white goods market segments.

· Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
· At least three years working experience in technical application.
· Previous experience in MCU Marketing Management
· Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening, English).

· Willing to travel, including international travel
· Willing to be on international calls during non-standard working hours
Job Type: Office: This may be primarily a sedentary position, and this job is performed in an office environment. Physical requirements include the ability to operate a workstation computer and to work at a desk for moderate periods of time with the opportunity to move about to other locations within the building (and warehouse) and outside of the building to obtain information pertaining to the position.
