Job Description:

We are launching a new corporate website and are seeking an intern to support SEO setup, analytics monitoring, and the creation of structured feedback mechanisms that help improve and refine our marketing message. Duration: Internship (3 to 6 months, possibility of longer, we will work with your schedule), you will get hands-on experience launching and measuring a corporate website, Exposure to SEO, analytics, and marketing feedback

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

· Set up and configure Tongji Baidu Analytics

· Establish baseline SEO and website performance metrics

· Monitor traffic, engagement, user flows, and keyword performance

· Create feedback dashboards and messaging effectiveness metrics

· Translate analytics insights into actionable marketing feedback

· Prepare weekly or monthly summary reports

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative, but not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

· Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field

· Familiarity with Baidu Analytics preferred

· Strong analytical and communication skills in Chinese and English
